Chapter 1 General Terms

Article 1 (Purpose) The purpose of these Terms of Service is to stipulate the rights, obligations and responsibilities of the Company and the Member, and other necessary matters, in using the 1:1 voice communication service and related services (hereinafter referred to as the "Service") provided by Labuchat Corporation (hereinafter referred to as the "Company").

Article 2 (Definition of Terms)

  1. "Service" means the Labuchat and related services available to Members regardless of the device (PC, mobile device, etc.).
  2. "Member" refers to a customer who enters into a usage agreement with the Company in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and uses the Services provided by the Company.
  3. "Points" means virtual currency in the Service that can be earned by using the Service (e.g., by making call connections) or through character activities.
  4. "Partner (Creator)" means a member who creates a character within the Service and provides call services to other members to earn points and receive settlement.

Article 3 (Posting and Revision of Terms)

  1. The Company shall post the contents of these Terms on the initial screen of the Service so that Members can easily recognize them.
  2. The Company may amend these Terms to the extent that it does not violate relevant laws and regulations, such as the Act on the Regulation of Terms and Conditions, the Act on the Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, etc.

Chapter 2 Conclusion of Use Agreement

Article 4 (Conclusion of Use Agreement and Restrictions on Use)

  1. The Use Agreement shall be concluded when a person who wishes to become a member (hereinafter referred to as the "Applicant") agrees to the contents of the Terms and Conditions and applies for membership, and the Company approves such application.
  2. The Service is only available to adults aged 19 or older. Minors under the age of 19 are prohibited from registering for membership and using the Service, and the Company may not accept membership if the applicant is a minor, or may immediately terminate the use contract if it is confirmed afterward.
  3. The Company may request real name verification and identity verification through a specialized organization to verify the identity of the applicant and to certify his/her age.
  4. Members who sign up by stealing other people's personal information are not entitled to legal protection and are subject to civil and criminal liability.

Chapter 3 Data Policy and Attribution of Rights

Article 5 (Monitoring and Recording to Create a Safe Communication Environment)

  1. The Company may record and store the contents of 1:1 voice conversations between Members in an encrypted state for the purpose of establishing a healthy communication culture, preventing illegal behavior such as sexual harassment, abusive language, fraud, or for proof to protect Members in the event of a dispute.
  2. Recorded data collected can only be viewed and listened to by authorized personnel when there is a clear safety monitoring purpose, such as receiving a report, requesting a subpoena, or requesting lawful cooperation from law enforcement.
