(hereinafter referred to as the "Company") complies with the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection (hereinafter referred to as the "Information and Communications Network Act") and related laws and regulations, including the Personal Information Protection Act, and establishes and discloses the following privacy policy to protect the personal information of its members and to promptly and smoothly handle any grievances related thereto.
Article 1 (Purpose of Collection and Use of Personal Information) The Company processes personal information for the following purposes. The personal information processed will not be used for any purpose other than the following purposes, and if the purpose of use changes, the Company will take necessary measures such as obtaining separate consent.
- Membership enrollment and management The Company processes personal information for the purpose of confirming the intention of membership enrollment, identifying and authenticating the person in accordance with the provision of membership services, restricting the enrollment of minors under the age of 19 (adult authentication), maintaining and managing membership, preventing unauthorized use, various notices and notifications, and handling grievances.
- Provision of services and payment of fees Provision of 1:1 voice communication services, purchase and payment of fees for paid services, settlement of partner (creator) revenue, and tax reporting.
- Creating a safe communication environment We record and store call contents for the purpose of preventing illegal acts such as sexual harassment, profanity, fraud, and violations of terms and conditions within the service, sanctioning malicious users, and verifying facts and securing evidence in the event of disputes between members. The voice information will not be used for biometric purposes, such as identity verification.
- Development of new services and utilization of data AI learning for the development of new services (functions), statistical analysis, production of promotional content (short form, etc.) through de-identification (modulation) of voice data, establishment of learning data for the development of artificial intelligence and humanoid technology, and provision of event information and participation opportunities.
Article 2 (Items of Personal Information Collected) The Company collects the minimum amount of personal information necessary to provide the Service.
- When registering for membership and using the service (required)
- ID (email), password, nickname, gender, date of birth
- Mobile phone number, device information (Device ID, model name, OS), access logs, cookies, and access IP information
- Adult verification information (CI/DI), carrier information
- When making a paid payment
- Information provided by the payment agency, such as card company name, card number (partial), authorization number, mobile phone payment authorization information, etc.
- When settling with a partner (unique identification information)
- Collected items: Real name, resident registration number (alien registration number), bank name, account number, account holder name
- Grounds for collection: Collected for the purpose of fulfilling withholding obligations under relevant tax laws, such as Article 145 of the Income Tax Act, and destroyed immediately after the purpose is fulfilled or encrypted and stored separately for the retention period required by law.
- Information collected in the course of using the Service
- Voice conversation contents (recording files), chat history, report receipt contents, suspension and sanction records, point accumulation and usage history
Article 3 (Processing and Retention Period of Personal Information)
- The Company shall process and retain personal information within the period of retention and use of personal information in accordance with the laws and regulations or within the period agreed upon at the time of collection from the information subject.
