Article 1 (Paid Services and Payment)

  1. Members can charge virtual goods (hereinafter referred to as "Points") to purchase currency and items within the Service.
  2. Charging of Points is done through in-app payment or a separate payment method provided by the Company.

Article 2 (Cancellation of Subscription and Refunds)

  1. Full refund: You may withdraw your subscription (full refund) if you have not used any of the Points you paid for within 7 days of the date of purchase.
  2. Partial refund: If 7 days have passed since the date of purchase or you have used part of the Points, you can request a refund for the remaining Points. However, in this case, we will refund the remaining amount after deducting a refund fee (approximately 10%, including payment processor fees and transfer fees).

Article 3 (Refund Procedure)

  1. App Market Payments: Subject to the Google Play Store and Apple App Store's own refund policies, the Member may need to apply for a refund through the store's customer center.
  2. General Payment: Members must apply for a refund through the Company's customer center 1:1 by stating [Member ID, payment date, payment amount, and reason for refund].
  3. If the Company determines that the refund application is justified, the Company will take refund measures within 3 business days from the date of application.

Article 4 (Refund Privileges Upon Termination of Contract) If a member's account is permanently suspended (forced withdrawal) due to violation of relevant laws and terms and conditions (serious violations such as sexual offenses, fraud, etc.), all paid service usage privileges, including accumulated points, will be canceled and no refund will be made.
